We are proud to announce the second exhibition of the group Romanian Artists Connection, located in Hartford, Connecticut. Artists Ioana Barac, Iulian Budea, Luiza Budea, Liviu Cupceancu, Ileana Dumitriu, Ioana Hobai, Flavius Lucacel, Adrian Panaitisor, and Ion Severin return for a memorable fine art exhibition in a spectacular gallery space, generously provided by the Hartford Art School.

The exhibit explores the experiences that mold and erode our paths as we move through our individual paths in life. What do we carry with us, what do we leave behind? What journeys have marked us, unfolding in our art?

Through works of varied scale and media, our group of Romanian-born artists practicing in the Northeast U.S. and Eastern Europe invites you to step into the space where our paths unfold together.

The exhibit showcases work that connects us across the geographies and time of our individual practices, from specific cultural roots, real places and characters to stories, fantasy, and transient installations uniquely composed for Silpe Gallery.
